Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, semiconductor, energy, utility, or other large-scale infrastructure projects. * Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction experience. * Experience managing projects within active operational environments. * Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling methodologies. * Familiarity with commissioning processes and mission-critical systems. This role is responsible for driving project execution from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with operational readiness requirements. The ideal candidate is not simply a field construction leader, but an owner-minded project manager who can manage contractors, maintain schedule accountability, control project costs, mitigate risks, and lead complex construction programs through successful completion.
