This is a fully remote, full-time permanent position open to candidates in the U.S. * Consult on best practices related to benefits administration, enrollment, and compliance. * Be an expert in the support of Oracle Cloud Benefits applications. * Provide best-practice guidance on benefits business processes and system configuration. * Have a strong understanding of the integrations between Benefits and Payroll, ABM/OTL and Compensation. * Act as the Oracle Cloud Benefits SME to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle Cloud Benefits configurations. * Create and update test scripts needed for functional testing. * Maintain system-related processes and documentation and recommend procedural improvements. * Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives and provide insight into industry best practices. * Provide assistance in key benefits administration processes, including open enrollment, life event processing, eligibility management, benefits carrier integrations, and benefits reconciliation. * Work with technical teams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions, reports and data validation activities. ## Related Videos - [Are Classical Automation Frameworks Dead?
