* Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)

* Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) und AD Federation Services
 * Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Strategien für bestehende Systeme und neue Projekte
 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs der Identity-Management-Infrastruktur
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Prozesse und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Abläufe
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Teams, Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern
