## About the Role

* eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration), Studium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
 * mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365 über die gesamte Themenbreite sowie im Endpoint Management mit Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
 * fundierte Kenntnisse in Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online und Teams
 * sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 11 und Autopilot sowie idealerweise im Management von Apple- und Android-Geräten
 * Erfahrung mit Conditional Access und Microsoft-Defender-Technologien (Defender for Office 365 / for Endpoint)
 * einen sicheren Umgang mit PowerShell zur Administration und Automatisierung; Kenntnisse in Microsoft Graph von Vorteil
 * Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. MS-102 und/oder MD-102) wünschenswert
 * strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an Standardisierung und Automatisierung

## Description

* Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID)
 * Verwaltung von Identitäten, Lizenzen, Gruppen und Berechtigungen inkl. Conditional Access und Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung des Endpoint Managements mit Microsoft Intune für Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS und Android
 * Konzeption und Pflege von Konfigurations-, Compliance- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien inkl. BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint und Update-Ringen
 * Aufbau und Betrieb von Windows Autopilot sowie Apple Business Manager / Android Enterprise für Zero-Touch-Deployments
 * Paketierung, Verteilung und Lifecycle-Management von Applikationen (Win32, Store, VPP)
 * Umsetzung und Pflege von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Richtlinien (Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview, DLP) sowie von Conditional-Access- und Gerätesicherheitskonzepten in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Security
 * Anbindung und Verwaltung unserer Windows-Server über Azure Arc inkl. zentralem Patch Management (Azure Update Manager) und Microsoft Defender for Server (Defender for Cloud)
 * Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben mit PowerShell, Proactive Remediations und Microsoft Graph
 * Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung im gesamten M365- und Client-Umfeld (2nd/3rd Level) sowie Planung und Durchführung von Migrations- und Rollout-Projekten
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung des Supports als Eskalationsinstanz
