## Description

* Du planst und konzipierst das Warensortiment und unterstützt die Abwicklung des Einkaufs
 * Du lernst, geeignete Online-Vertriebskanäle und Online-Kommunikationskanäle zu bewerten, auszuwählen und zielorientiert einzusetzen
 * Du unterstützt die Teams von IT, Marketing und Content Management in der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des Onlineshops und der Customer Journey
 * Du analysierst das Online-Nutzerverhalten, Prozessabläufe, setzt Testmethoden ein, wählst Bezahlsysteme und wertest diese aus
 * Du bereitest Maßnahmen des Online-Marketings vor und führst diese durch
 * Du erwirbst Know-how für den Einsatz kennzahlenbasierter Instrumente der kaufmännischen Steuerung und zur Durchführung von Kundenwertanalysen, indem du z. B. Sortimentskennzahlen ermittelst, Statistiken auswertest und Kennzahlenanalysen bei Reklamationen durchführst
 * Du lernst während deiner Ausbildung verschiedene Abteilungen kennen, die mit dem Online-Verkauf unserer Produkte betraut sind
