If you have these Skills, Expertise, Attitude and Education… * Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is desirable. * 4-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or virtualization technologies, ideally in a technical-selling or enablement capacity. * Proven hands-on experience with at least one major hypervisor (VMware ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V). * Proven experience with private, public, or hybrid cloud architectures. * Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, datacentre networking, and storage (FC and iSCSI SAN, NAS, SDS). * Exposure to automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or Terraform. * Industry certifications in virtualization, cloud, or automation. * Familiarity with HPE's hybrid IT portfolio and competitive landscape. * Strong technical-selling and presentation abilities; comfortable leading partner training, customer demos and larger scale technical events. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to mixed audiences. * Initiative-driven, startup mindset - able to work autonomously, experiment, and adapt quickly in a fast-evolving * environment. * Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with attention to detail. * Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner collaboration models. * Proven ability to multi-task and manage several concurrent enablement or POC projects. * Business fluency in English and German language, Polish would be an additional benefit ## Description This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office., As a Morpheus Software Channel Sales Engineer, you will serve as a hands-on technical expert supporting channel and distribution partners to grow their technical skill sets to become self-supporting. You will deliver enablement sessions, assist and train partners with proof-of-concepts, and assist partners in positioning and deploying HPE Cloud Ops Software solutions. This is a field-oriented, high-impact role for a technologist who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and enjoys combining technical depth with real-world execution. You should be expected to travel, up to 30%, to meet with partners and customers in person. Region is CE with a key focus on the DACH countries., Channel & Partner Enablement * Build relationships with focus partner technical, sales and vendor leadership and HPE aligned resources to create go to market strategies and services capabilities. * Train and enable HPE partner technical and sales teams across the HPE Morpheus Software licencing tiers, VM Essentials, Advanced and Enterprise. * Help strategic partners to build and share demo and lab environments for partner showcases/innovation suites and customer demo environments. * Support partners through all stages of customer Proof of Concepts - from setup to successful validation, leading to them becoming self-sufficient. * Assist in positioning HPE CloudOps solutions during partner and customer presentations. Customer Engagement & POC Execution * Conduct discovery sessions, technical presentations, and live demos with customers. * Assist Partners for large/complex customer POCs and evaluations focused on VM Essentials, helping customers migrate or extend from VMware and other hypervisors. * Collaborate with HPE sales, presales, and product teams to ensure smooth solution hand-off * Provide consistent technical messaging to the partner community using virtual and face to face sessions.
