## About the Role

Programmier- und Systemkenntnisse

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der COBOL-Entwicklung (Senior-Level)
 * Sicherer Umgang und technisches Verständnis von z/OS und den zugehörigen Komponenten (z. B. JES2, CICS, JVM, Db2, JCL, TSO/ISPF, SMF, RACF)
 * Technisches Verständnis dezentraler Technologien wie Applikationsserver (idealerweise Liberty) und JVM
 * Erfahrung mit einem relationalen Datenbankmanagementsystem zur Applikationsentwicklung (z. B. Db2, PostgreSQL, MySQL) inkl. SQL und Embedded SQL - Systemadministrationskenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich

Entwicklungs- und Analysetätigkeiten

 * Erfahrung in der Analyse und Dokumentation von Legacy-Code
 * Erfahrung in der Konzeption technischer Anforderungen und Fachkonzepte sowie deren Umsetzung (PoC)
 * Erfahrung in der Überführung von Fachkonzepten in den produktiven Betrieb
 * Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse und im Debugging von Legacy-Anwendungen, idealerweise mit Xpeditor
 * Erfahrung in der Anbindung technischer Schnittstellen (Webservices, REST)

Werkzeuge

 * Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Entwicklungswerkzeugen, z. B. SVN, Git, Jira, Confluence, Eclipse (XCOBOL), VS Code, IntelliJ, eXplain, PowerShell, ChangeMan, Endevor, SDSF

Arbeitsweise

 * Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in agilen Teams
 * Lernbereitschaft
