## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung, Konzeption oder Implementierung von Microsoft-365- und SharePoint-Lösungen

 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, der Power Platform oder angrenzenden Modern-Workplace-Technologien zwingend erforderlich

 * Relevante Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil, ebenso wie Vorerfahrungen im Immobilien- bzw. Fondsmanagement, aber kein Muss

 * Eine kundenorientierte, konzeptionelle und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Gestaltung von modernen Arbeitsweisen gemeinsam mit Kund*innen zeichnen Dich aus

 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Du möchtest Kund*innen dabei unterstützen, moderne digitale Arbeitsplätze zu gestalten und Microsoft 365- sowie SharePoint-Lösungen nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln? Dann komm zu uns und berate unsere Kund*innen bei der Einführung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Collaboration- und Digital-Workplace-Lösungen:

 * Beratung: Du begleitest Kund*innen bei der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365- und SharePoint-Lösungen

 * Transformation: Gemeinsam mit Kund*innen entwickelst Du Konzepte für moderne digitale Arbeitsplätze und kollaborative Arbeitsmodelle

 * Projekte: In Transformationsprojekten übernimmst Du Verantwortung für die fachliche Konzeption, die Durchführung von Workshops und die Umsetzung

 * Collaboration: Du integrierst SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams und weitere Microsoft-365-Services in nachhaltige Digital-Workplace-Lösungen

 * Migration & KI-Readiness: Du begleitest Migrationen auf SharePoint und schaffst damit die Voraussetzungen für eine zukunftsfähige Nutzung von KI-Lösungen

 * Metadaten & Automatisierung: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau eines event-driven Systems zur automatisierten Erstellung und Pflege von Metadaten

 * Innovation: Du bewertest neue Funktionen rund um Microsoft 365, die Power Platform, Copilot und Langdock und entwickelst daraus konkreten Mehrwert für Kund*innen
