* Strategischer Neuaufbau: Du konzipierst, gestaltest und etablierst die neue CRM-Strategie von POCO, um die Kundenbindung kanalübergreifend (Online & Filiale) nachhaltig zu stärken
 * Systemlandschaft & Tools: Du treibst die Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer modernen CRM-Software sowie relevanter Marketing-Automation-Tools voran
 * Teamaufbau & Führung: Du baust das neue CRM-Team sukzessive auf, führst Deine Mitarbeiter fachlich und förderst eine datengetriebene Arbeitskultur
 * Kampagnensteuerung: Du verantwortest die Planung und Umsetzung automatisierter Lifecycle- und Omnichannel-Kampagnen (u.a. E-Mail, App-Push, SMS, Direct Mail)
