 * Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und Begeisterung für Open-Source-Technologien und moderne Systemarchitekturen.

 * Be an early applicant, * BSP- & Treiberentwicklung: Du entwickelst und adaptierst Hardwarenear-Software, Linux-Kernel-Treiber und Board Support Packages (BSPs) in C/C++ für leistungsfähige Embedded-Plattformen (z. B. ARM, i.MX, STM32MP1, Raspberry Pi Compute Module).
 * Systemintegration & Tooling: Du erstellst und wartest maßgeschneiderte Embedded-Linux-Distributionen mittels Build-Systemen wie Yocto / OpenEmbedded oder Buildroot.
 * Prototyping & Bring-Up: Du führst das Board-Bring-Up neuer Hardware-Revisionen durch, integrierst Bootloader (z. B. U-Boot) und führst Tiefen-Debugging auf System- und Kernel-Ebene (z. B. via GDB, JTAG, ftrace, Kernel-Dmesg) durch.
 * Schnittstellen & Netzwerk: Du bindest Treiberschnittstellen und Bus-Systeme (z. B. CAN, SPI, I2C, UART) ein und konfigurierst Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsprotokolle im Linux-Userspace und -Kernelspace.
