## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Industrial Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in Customer Success, Account Management oder Consulting in einem B2B-Industrie- oder SaaS-Umfeld mit
 * Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von Teams und kennst Cost-Engineering-Tools, Bauteilkalkulationen/Should-Costing und/oder PLM/PDM-Systeme
 * Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und bringst Kenntnisse im SAP-MM (Einkauf) oder vergleichbaren Modulen mit
 * Du hast Erfahrung in Software-Implementierungsprojekten inkl. Projektmanagement, Kundensteuerung, Eskalationen und Time-to-Value-Verantwortung
 * Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch - schriftlich wie mündlich - und präsentierst überzeugend

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für den Customer-Success-Bereich inkl. Strategie, Ziele und Prioritäten
 * Du baust skalierbare Onboarding-, Implementierungs- und Betreuungsprozesse auf und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter (Playbooks, Standards)
 * Du führst, coachst und baust ein wachsendes Implementation und Customer Success Team weiter aus
 * Du stellst einen reibungslosen Customer-Lifecycle sicher - vom Onboarding/Go-live bis zu Adoption, Renewals und Expansion
 * Du steuerst Kundenprojekte inkl. Priorisierung, Ressourcenplanung und Kapazitätsmanagement und übernimmst das Eskalationsmanagement bei kritischen Kundenfällen
 * Du definierst, trackst und reportest relevante KPIs (z. B. Adoption, CSAT/NPS, Churn/Retention, Time-to-Value) und steuerst aktiv deren Entwicklung
