## About the Role

* Prior experience in an IT operations leadership or senior role
 * Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and a SaaS environment
 * Strong skills in no-code automation tools (Jira automation, Make.com, Zapier, or similar)
 * Experience leading or running a help desk function
 * Comfortable troubleshooting identity, authentication, and connectivity issues
 * Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes
 * Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus

## Description

We're looking for an IT Operations Manager to lead and scale our IT function. This is a management role responsible for running the help desk team, owning core IT processes, and driving automation across the business.
We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and proactive - someone who enjoys both leading operations and improving them through automation.

What you will do:

 * Lead the help desk team: ticket triage, agent processes, knowledge base, and escalations
 * Administer Google Workspace and manage access across a SaaS stack
 * Own and improve core IT processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding
 * Build and maintain no-code automations to streamline internal workflows and reduce manual work
 * Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and access issues
 * Support IT procurement and vendor coordination
 * Drive cross-functional projects such as tool migrations and system integrations
