Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening., * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science field (preferably Chemical Engineering), preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience * At least 1 year of Chemical, Operations, Manufacturing, or regulated environment experience preferred. * Experience with SAP or similar inventory control systems is desired. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. * Adept at using specialized manufacturing equipment and instrumentation. * Proven ability to train and lead within a specialized area. * Strong communication and leadership skills. * Technical and operational expertise. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team. * Proven problem-solving capabilities. * Strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines.
