Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate a keen interest in rewards by working with compensation survey products and data, sharing stories of project managing client engagements, and building and championing strong client relationships., * Ingest, clean, and validate large datasets related to compensation and organizational structures. * Ensure data integrity across multiple client segments, including Investment Banks, Commercial Banks, Asset management firms, and other sub-sectors within the Financial Services industry. * Align client data with public filings and industry benchmarks to support high-quality deliverables.
