PMP or ITIL certification preferred. * Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, AV Technology, or related field required. * Experience: + Minimum of five (5) years of AV/IT operations management or federal contract management experience required. Experience supporting DoD or federal technical service contracts preferred + Strong understanding of AV/IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity requirements. + Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and meet mission timelines. + Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. + Strong analytical and reporting abilities. + Experience supporting DoD or federal technical service contracts. + Prior experience with AV control systems, IT network infrastructure, and collaboration platforms is preferred. * Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. Digital Consultants seeks an AV/IT Program Manager to oversee all aspects of the MSCoE G6 AV/IT Support contract at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The role leads personnel, maintains performance standards, and ensures operational readiness of AV/IT systems across all supported facilities.
