Proven expertise in federal IT systems and requirements * Extensive knowledge of Federal Government Agency IT systems * Proficiency in solution design, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture * Strong understanding of federal IT regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and other compliance standards * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges * Proven track record of successful project management and solution delivery. * Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with partners and customers * Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and address future IT needs * Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions * Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams * Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic and evolving federal environment ## Description We are seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join our team supporting Sprezzatura's Growth Team. You should be a highly skilled and experienced Federal IT Solutions Architect with a proven track record of working with Federal Government Agencies. You will have a deep understanding of federal IT requirements, government-specific systems, and a strong capability to design and implement innovative IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery particular for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and/or Federal Health.
