* High School Diploma or GED preferred.
 * Comfort reading complex blueprints and applying GD&T.
 * Experience with CNC controls, G-code, M-code, and changeovers for production runs.
 * Proficiency with precision hand metrology and deburring to customer requirements.
 * Independent, safety-first mindset; strong organization and attention to detail.
 * Strong communicator who owns decisions and their impact across teams.

Tech stack you will touch

 * GD&T, CNC tooling, troubleshooting, and programming fundamentals
 * Machine geometry and alignment, CNC machine installation
 * Precision measurement, setup, and changeover practices

 * You set up and operate milling centers and, when needed, turning centers with close tolerances.
 * You translate blueprints, samples, and manuals into efficient tool setups and clear, reliable machine instructions.
 * You verify first-piece and in-process quality using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and edge finders.
 * You document sign-offs, logs, and production reports without fail.
 * You troubleshoot problems, adjust programs, and optimize tooling and cutting parameters.
 * You pitch in wherever needed and help keep production on schedule.
