This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of network systems while partnering with internal stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver reliable connectivity and communication services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in network administration, telecommunications, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support, along with excellent communication and project coordination skills. You must be eligible to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. * 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure. * Experience supporting and troubleshooting Cisco and Fortinet network technologies. * Working knowledge of: o TCP/IP o DNS o DHCP o Routing and Switching o VLANs o VPN technologies o Wireless networking o Network monitoring tools * Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and telecommunications issues. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities., * Experience supporting multi-site or global network environments. * Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies. * Familiarity with telecommunications expense management (TEM) platforms and carrier services. * Industry certifications such as: o Cisco CCNA or CCNP o Fortinet FCP/NSE certifications o CompTIA Network+ * Experience with voice and collaboration platforms including Microsoft Teams Phone., * Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple projects and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Strong documentation and organizational abilities. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development., Analysis Skills, Best Practices, CCNA -
