## About the Role

## Description

Nova-Tech houses every aspect of its business on the MinnWest Technology Campus, including a manufacturing facility located just steps away from our engineering and drafting teams. Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product.
What we're looking for:

 * Research, design, develop, test, debug, and document software for new and existing products, technologies, and applications.
 * Diagnose software and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions and corrective actions.
 * Perform software programming, code reviews, system and server architecture, device communication, testing, and debugging.
 * Develop and execute test protocols; analyze operational, testing, and research data to support product performance and design decisions.
 * Participate in projects from concept and design through implementation, testing, customer placement, and ongoing improvement.
 * Apply programming skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, Node.js, C#, and HTML preferred.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, communicate project needs and deliverables, and support creative solutions.

What you'll do:
The Software Developer designs, develops, tests, and documents software for new and existing technologies and applications.
