## Description

EliseAI is hiring a Solutions Engineer (3-7 years) to be the go-to technical expert for its housing product verticals after implementation. You will bridge customers, CSMs and engineering, own deep product knowledge, and be pulled in whenever a customer needs real technical firepower.
What You Will Do

 * Act as the dedicated technical expert for a housing product vertical (leasing, maintenance or CRM), supporting CSMs and customers.
 * Dig into customer data and API integrations to diagnose issues and spot trends.
 * Serve as the technical escalation point and work with engineering on code-level fixes.
 * Support onboarding and data migration for new platform rollouts, including EliseAI's upcoming Future Platforms product.
