## About the Role

* 5+ years of hands-on Golang experience.
 * Strong object-oriented programming concepts and ability to design robust, scalable software solutions.
 * Strong hands-on HashiCorp Vault experience, including authentication backends, secret engines, and plugin development.
 * Experience working with at least one public cloud provider: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
 * Ability to support production applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
 * Understanding of IAM policy, least-privilege access, and secure credential handling.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience migrating features from a legacy secrets or credential platform to HashiCorp Vault.
 * Experience in financial services or another regulated enterprise environment.
 * Experience with incident and vulnerability management processes.

## Description

* Maintain, develop, test, support, and enhance applications and services used by the credential platform.
 * Build HashiCorp Vault capabilities that replace features currently supported by SCV.
 * Develop new integrations and plugins and onboard tools into the Brokerage ecosystem.
 * Support non-human credential storage in a manner compliant with relevant IAM policy.
 * Perform development, engineering, operational, automation, and DevOps tasks.
 * Follow architectural standards, product guidelines, and usability design standards.
 * Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
