## About the Role

* Strong experience with SQL Server/Oracle, ETL frameworks, MSBI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), XML/JSON, and APIs.
 * 8+ years of experience in Duck Creek Insights/Data Insights and Clarity.
 * Expertise in Duck Creek Policy and Insights upgrades.
 * Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
 * Experience with performance tuning, database optimization, and CI/CD practices.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.

Preferred:

 * Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain experience.
 * Exposure to release management and DevOps practices.

## Description

* Lead Duck Creek Insights/Data Insights (Clarity 7.x/8.x) design, development, upgrades, and enhancements.
 * Act as the technical SME for Duck Creek Insights and data warehouse solutions.
 * Drive technical design decisions, impact assessments, and production support activities.
 * Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL/data integration workflows using SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and relational databases.
 * Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and performance optimization across Duck Creek Policy, Claims, and downstream systems.
 * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for data issues and support batch/scheduled processing activities.
 * Coordinate deployments and releases across Development, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
 * Create and maintain architecture documents, data flow diagrams, mapping documents, deployment guides, and support runbooks.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, client teams, and offshore/onshore teams to deliver solutions.
