This position requires the ability to work independently during overnight shifts while adhering to strict operational and safety procedures., * 2+ years of experience in a data center, critical environment, or IT infrastructure role. * Experience performing rack and stack deployments. * Knowledge of server hardware and component replacement. * Experience with copper and fiber optic cabling standards and best practices. * Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Ethernet, switches, and routers. * Ability to troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure issues. * Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical documentation. * Comfortable working overnight shifts in a 24x7 operational environment. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in raised-floor or large-scale data center environments., * Experience supporting enterprise or hyperscale data centers. * CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or equivalent certifications. * Knowledge of Linux or Windows Server environments. * Experience with structured cabling installation and testing. * Familiarity with cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Experience using DCIM tools and asset management systems.
