Solid experience in software architecture and engineering.
In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI.
Strong expertise in prompt engineering best practices, techniques, and evaluation frameworks.
Proven experience with the implementation of GenAI systems and with agentic AI configuration, testing, and evaluation.
System integration skills, particularly in LLM integrations (experience with Azure is a plus).
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product management, solutions teams, UX, and engineering.
