Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solution architectures based on SAP EWM Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solution designs Own solution architecture decisions across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and long-term roadmap Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C?level executives, and guide them through solution options and trade-offs Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring solution quality and consistency across work streams Minimum 9-10+ years of relevant experience in SAP EWM Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations Strong configuration and solution design skills with a holistic architectural mindset Strategic thinking combined with strong project and solution leadership capabilities SAP certifications in EWM are an advantage Experience in Public Cloud is an
advantage Experience with SAP's integration and transformation toolchain, such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and WalkMe Designs AI?enabled SAP solutions conceptually (e.g. process automation, embedded AI, analytics) General Requirements Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Spanish Proven ability to deliver high?quality results and support client outcomesWillingness to travel depending on project requirements Inspiring, inclusive, and supportive global working culture Opportunity to work on complex and innovative projects across multiple industries.
