## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Construction Technology leadership
 * Proven experience supporting complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, life sciences, or large-scale construction projects
 * Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and related coordination software
 * Experience leading model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and BIM execution planning
 * Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
 * Strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
 * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
 * Experience mentoring junior VDC professionals and improving project delivery processes

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a VDC Manager to join a market-leading construction organization known for delivering highly technical and complex projects across multiple sectors. The VDC Manager will lead digital construction initiatives from preconstruction through project closeout, leveraging BIM and advanced coordination technologies to enhance collaboration, reduce risk, and improve project performance.  * Work with a top-performing and highly collaborative team, * Lead VDC and BIM implementation from preconstruction through project completion
 * Develop and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
 * Coordinate federated models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
 * Facilitate clash detection, constructability reviews, and issue resolution meetings
 * Partner with project management and field leadership teams to improve planning and execution
 * Perform model quality assurance and quality control reviews
 * Support innovation, standardization, training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the VDC function
