## About the Role

* 4+ years of hands-on data infrastructure experience
 * Working knowledge of BICSI standards and OSHA requirements
 * Experience with fiber terminations, copper patch panels, and cable testing equipment
 * Familiarity with IP and analog video cabling
 * Comfort with hand and power tools
 * Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted, work at heights, and perform physical tasks including climbing, kneeling, and crawling
 * Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
 * Prior construction site experience is a plus

## Description

You'll join our Network Technical Services team to install, maintain, and troubleshoot low-voltage and data cabling systems at client sites across the region. Every job is different, and we need someone who can read a situation, find the right solution, and execute it cleanly.

What You'll Do

 * Pull, route, terminate, and test CAT6/CAT6A copper and fiber (single-mode and multi-mode) cable in new and existing buildings
 * Install and dress copper patch panels; label and test all connections
 * Install cable support structures: racks, J-hooks, and related hardware
 * Mount and connect security cameras, wireless access points, and other low-voltage equipment
 * Troubleshoot and diagnose voice and data line issues
 * Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed
 * Keep job sites clean, organized, and hazard-free
 * Keep company vehicles clean and organized
