## About the Role

* 5+ years in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
 * Strong hands-on experience with AWS & Google Cloud Platform (AliCloud is a plus)
 * Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/ACK), IAM, VPC, Route 53, DNS & Load Balancers
 * Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Ansible
 * Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk
 * Python, Go, or Bash scripting
 * Incident management, RCA writing, and production troubleshooting

Preferred

 * Spinnaker, GitHub Actions, PagerDuty
 * Cloud certifications (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Alibaba)
 * Experience supporting enterprise multi-cloud platforms

## Description

We're seeking a Multicloud Engineer to support and resolve production incidents across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and AliCloud. You'll own issues end-to-end-from ticket intake and troubleshooting to RCA-while partnering with Platform Engineering on complex escalations.
