Designs and builds data solutions on Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse with emphasis on performance, scalability, and high-reliability. Embraces AI-first mindset leveraging machine learning and advanced analytics to derive insights that improve member outcomes. Collaborates cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand health care challenges and deliver end-to-end data-driven solutions., Operates as senior Forward Deployed Engineer, taking end-to-end ownership of data solutions that solve health care payor business challenges. Designs and builds enterprise data solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake) for health care analytics. Converts business requirements into technical architecture, design and implementation supporting Medicare/Medicaid operations.
