Preferred Qualifications * Master's degree in engineering * Proven experience supporting complex brownfield CBTC deployments involving multiple suppliers, interfaces, and operational constraints., The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States. ## Description The Testing and Commissioning Engineer will serve as a member of the project management team supporting the agency in overseeing the implementation and acceptance of the CBTC signaling system. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge of CBTC systems and proven experience conducting testing and commissioning activities for complex rail signaling programs. They will provide expert guidance to the agency on test planning, verification coverage, interface coordination, and readiness for cutover - ensuring that all T&C deliverables meet quality, safety, and performance objectives prior to system acceptance and revenue service.
