Rilla is hiring software engineers (1-3 years) who architect and ship features across the stack at high speed, building end-to-end workflows, taking them to production and solving real-world problems at scale. As an early technical steward you will raise the bar for code quality and decision-making, and your scope will grow as fast as the company.
What You Will Do

 * Build high-quality products very fast across React, React Native, TypeScript and Python.
 * Build new features from scratch as the technical roadmap moves forward.
 * Talk with customers and build solutions for their real problems with minimal explicit planning.
 * Set a high bar for code quality and technical decisions as the engineering team scales.
 * Help recruit future engineers.
