## Description

* Convert approximately seventy existing fillable PDF forms into interactive HTML-based forms.
 * Develop and maintain JavaScript functionality to capture, validate, and process user-entered data.
 * Integrate form submissions with SQL databases to store and retrieve inspection information.
 * Support PDF generation processes utilizing templating technologies and application data.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure forms and workflows accurately reflect operational requirements.
 * Assist with development, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of internal business applications.
 * Support ongoing JavaScript development efforts to keep application delivery on schedule.
 * Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and application documentation.
 * Work closely with project stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
