E.g. monolith vs microservices, scalability, resilience * Proficiency with Agile and Kanban delivery models, including associated tools and techniques * Handson experience operating and supporting enterprise systems in complex, regulated environments * Ability to work independently with full ownership of outcomes, while collaborating effectively within crossfunctional teams * Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage competing priorities * Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing across global business and technical teams * Excellent analytical, problemsolving, negotiation, and decisionmaking capabilities * Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions at multiple organizational levels * Proficiency with productivity tools for documentation, analysis, and presentation development * Demonstrated ability to quickly adopt and leverage new tools and technologies * Strong grounding in usability principles and customerfocused design ## Description The IT Technical Architect is responsible for defining, evolving, and maintaining technical and data architectures that support IT products across multiple business domains, including but not limited to Engineering, Finance, operations, and Insurance. The role ensures the delivery of highquality and resilient system designs that align business requirements with established architectural standards while maintaining system stability, performance, and scalability. Architectures must optimize reliability, adaptability, and ensure the security of the organization's data assets.
