## About the Role

* Hands-on experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management in an enterprise environment.
 * Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
 * Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.
 * Experience working from a ticket queue in ServiceNow or a similar system.
 * Ability to troubleshoot user sign-in, account, and permission issues.

## Description

* Provision, modify, disable, and deprovision user accounts across company systems and applications.
 * Work through the IAM ticket queue, including access requests, role assignments, and permission changes.
 * Maintain accurate access throughout the user lifecycle in line with company policies.
 * Troubleshoot authentication and access issues.
 * Document work and coordinate with the IAM team to resolve requests promptly.
