## About the Role

* Strong expertise in designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience required
 * Proven ability to lead system upgrades, troubleshoot interface issues, and manage complex project life cycles required
 * Epic Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance Certification (Required).
 * Excellent analytical skills to gather requirements, assess workflows, and develop optimized solutions.
 * Competence in developing security protocols, testing scripts, and documenting procedures.
 * Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team mentorship, and training.
 * Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines and increasing demands.

Other Requirements:

 * Must hold current Epic Application Certification.
 * Willingness to participate in on-call support rotations, including 24/7 availability as needed.
 * Ability to develop comprehensive documentation, policies, and training materials.
 * Prior experience with project management frameworks and change management strategies.
