## About the Role

* BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
 * Experience developing system requirements, product architectures, and technical specifications for complex multidisciplinary products
 * Experience working across hardware, software, firmware, and systems teams in a structured product development environment
 * Experience with risk management, FMEA, design controls, verification & validation, and product lifecycle documentation
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical tradeoffs
 * Experience communicating technical concepts across engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and leadership teams
 * Ideally experience with wireless communications, connected devices, mobile applications, cloud-connected systems, signal processing, sensing technologies, or embedded systems
 * Preferred experience within medical devices or other highly regulated industries
 * For senior-level candidates, experience providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, driving system architecture decisions, and leading complex product development programs is highly desired
