## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Mainframe Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical mainframe applications. We are looking for a self-starter who can hit the ground running, work independently, and drive results without constant supervision., * Design, develop, and maintain applications using COBOL and Core Mainframe technologies.

 * Manage and optimize DB2 databases and perform SAM (Systems Asset Management/Storage Access Method) related tasks.
 * Integrate mainframe systems with modern applications using Java.
 * Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide senior-level support for production environments.
 * Proactively identify areas for system improvement and optimization.
