Preferred Experience: * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, business, or a related field. * Previous supervisory or management experience, including training, coaching, or directing the work of others. * Experience with transportation management, warehouse management, freight-tracking, scanning, or other logistics systems. * Experience developing operational reports, monitoring key performance indicators, maintaining standard operating procedures, or supporting process improvement initiatives. * Experience resolving customer service escalations in a logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has supervisory responsibilities, which may include providing guidance, support, and oversight to assigned team members. Position Type: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The schedule requires flexibility based on business needs, and some weekend work may be required., The team member may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, push, pull, lift, carry, communicate verbally and in writing, use job-related tools or equipment, and lift at least 15 pounds at a time. ## Description The Hub Support Manager leads the hub's administrative and operational support functions, ensuring accurate reporting, documentation, customer service, and communication. Serving as a key connection point among hub operations, internal business partners, and customers, this role monitors support processes, resolves or escalates issues, reinforces consistent procedures, and identifies opportunities for improvement. Through responsive service and reliable operational support, the manager helps hub leaders and frontline teams operate safely and efficiently.
