## Description

An industry leading medical device manufacturer is seeking a skilled Team Lead to join their team. The Team Lead, Technical Operator is a hands-on production leader responsible for operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment while providing daily direction and support to a team of Technical Operators. This role ensures production goals, quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance are consistently achieved in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong machine operation experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement., * Lead daily production activities and coordinate workflow to meet production schedules and quality standards.

 * Operate, set up, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing and packaging equipment.
 * Train, coach, and support Technical Operators on equipment, processes, safety, and quality requirements.
 * Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure productivity and compliance goals are met.
 * Identify and escalate equipment, process, and quality issues while supporting corrective actions.
 * Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and company policies.
 * Complete and review production documentation and maintain accurate records.
 * Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to support operational efficiency.
 * Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
 * Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
