Experience leading and developing senior leaders within a large, globally distributed technology organization. * Proven ability to build or scale an insourced delivery hub, develop local leadership and retain specialist technology talent. * Ability to set strategy and translate it into clear roadmaps, operating measures and sustained adoption by internal customers. * Experience owning a substantial budget and vendor portfolio, with strong judgment across cost, risk, controls, speed and innovation. * Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility among senior engineers, technology leaders and business executives. Nice to have skills * Experience operating Snowflake within a Medallion data architecture. * Experience scaling technology capability in Budapest or another European delivery hub. * Experience within asset management, financial services or another highly regulated industry. * Experience using employee experience, developer experience and platform adoption measures to guide investment and continuous improvement.
