To accelerate this evolution, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst Engineer to lead our analytics capability and enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role will be responsible for translating complex data into strategic insights, driving governance and prioritization, and ensuring our investments in data and AI deliver tangible business value. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping leaders make faster, more informed decisions while improving operational efficiency and organizational performance. This is a high-impact role with broad visibility across Services & Operations and a critical contributor to the Service & Operation organization's data and AI transformation journey., Analytics & Data Enablement * Lead the analytics strategy for Services & Operations, aligned with business priorities. * Turn complex data into actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations that drive measurable impact. * Improve data accessibility and usability in partnership with engineering, architecture, and business teams. * Ensure data platforms support AI, advanced analytics, and future business needs.
