Expert knowledge in routing protocols (BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IPv6, QoS) and their troubleshooting - including analysis with Wireshark and Netscout. Basic programming skills in scripting and programming languages (BASH, Python, JINJA2, RESTful APIs). Experience operating business?critical network applications according to ITILv3, preferably in a telecommunications environment. Very good analytical skills combined with strong quality awareness. Experience with classic and agile forms of cooperation. Automation and optimisation of operational tools and processes - especially with Ansible, CI/CD GitLab Pipelines, ELK, CheckMK and Grafana.
