 * 10+ years of experience managing IT or business-focused projects in complex environments
 * Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements
 * Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams across IT and business functions
 * Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and/or Jira
 * Excellent communication, leadership, and executive-facing presentation skills
 * PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
