This role requires an understanding of how electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire and life safety systems interact. The engineer also supports customer infrastructure projects, responds to operational issues, and provides technical guidance to team members., * Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot critical data center systems. * Assess how changes to one facility system may affect other systems and data center uptime. * Respond to equipment issues and coordinate resolution with technicians, vendors, and customers. * Support customer infrastructure projects while following established operating and safety procedures. * Document operational activities and identify opportunities to improve reliability and performance. * Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
