 * Diagnose physical layer issues, including cabling, patch panels, and network equipment
 * Support UPS systems and network equipment deployments
 * Assist with ticket resolution and day-to-day network operations
 * Configure and support VLANs and wireless access points
 * Support routing, switching, and wireless technologies within a Cisco environment
 * Assist engineers and administrators with network projects and infrastructure upgrades
 * Utilize monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds
