This role is hands-on, client-facing, and includes people management. If you are passionate about nonprofits and can lead small teams delivering Salesforce-driven solutions, please apply! KEY REQUIREMENT: * Minimum 3 years experience as a Salesforce.com consultant in the nonprofit sector, with minimum 1 year of experience in management, * Minimum 3 years experience as a full-time Salesforce administrator at a nonprofit with more than 200 users, leading large-scale projects serving multiple internal teams (effectively: an in-house consultant), with minimum 1 year of experience in management, * Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously * Bachelor's degree (minimum) * Experience leading projects and teams of consultants * Experience with 3rd party integrations (Conga, Classy, FormTitan, FormAssembly, etc.) * Data migration using tools (DemandTools, Data Loader, Apsona, etc.) * Experience delivering service & support to stakeholders at all levels * Authorized to work in the United States, * Has led several 500+ hour projects for nonprofits * Has done multiple NPSP or NPC implementations from scratch * Enjoys managing people, developing growth, and helping others to succeed * Successful working on a team and independently * Self-starter * Highly organized * Salesforce certified * NYC based * Meticulous communicator (written and verbal) * Genuine interest in working with nonprofits ## Description ABOUT IDLEWILD PARTNERS: Idlewild Partners Inc. is a woman-owned, NYC based Salesforce.com consulting partner.
