XTL Transport is currently looking for an experienced Network Technician to join our team. Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40 hours/week; on-call as needed. Network Backup & Infrastructure Support * Maintaining sufficient working knowledge of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and wireless networks across all sites * Assist with day-to-day monitoring of network performance and availability across all XTL locations, escalating anomalies or outages to the Network Manager * Support WAN connectivity and perimeter security tasks in coordination with XTL's network MSP, under Network Manager direction * Maintain working familiarity with Zscaler ZPA zero-trust deployment to support user access issues * Assist with physical and wireless network tasks at warehouse and office locations, including cabling, switch port work, and access point troubleshooting * Support virtual environments through VMware and Hyper-V * Monitor, maintain and test Veeam backups * Test and apply system updates and patches as directed by the Network Manager XTL Transport Inc.
