Our team is made of 5 people based in US, Singapore and Italy, you'll join a collaborative, fast-paced group in Austin where new graduates get real ownership, mentorship and direct exposure to internal customers and business leaders., * Own and prioritize the product backlog for tools and processes that support the spare parts business, balancing customer value, business impact and effort * Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives) * Meet with business users, customers and cross-functional partners to understand their needs and translate them into product features and requirements * Map current business processes, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and recommend and implement improvements * Test and validate new features before release, and support user training, communication and adoption * Track progress and results, and share regular updates with stakeholders and leadership
