## Description

Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to design and implement HR Service Delivery solutions with deep Microsoft 365 integration expertise . You'll lead technical projects, optimize employee experiences , and build seamless connections between ServiceNow and the Microsoft ecosystem., HR Solution Development

 * Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events)

 * Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee requests

 * Create employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions

 * Integrate with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)

Microsoft Integration

 * Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Teams

 * Build Teams bots for HR case notifications and approvals

 * Connect SharePoint for document management and Outlook for calendar events

 * Leverage Microsoft Graph API for data synchronization

 * Implement Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Power BI)
