Installs, maintains, moves, and assists in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware/software. Maintains the necessary security controls over software. * Need 1 Year experince in providing excellent customer services. Ability to lift and relocate 30 lbs * Need 1 Year experince in Installing, maintains, moves, and assists in testing and upgrading new and existing hardware and software. Maintains the necessary security controls over software. * Need 1 Year experince in Experience using WordPerfect, MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems. Skill in effective oral and written communication * Need 1 Year experince in assisting, monitoring and providing assistance on the use and interface of systems, subsystems, and software applications. Ability to operate information technology systems and communicate effectively. * Need Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent * Preferred 1 year of experience with Windows 11 technical support. ## Description Office of the Attorney General of Texas requires the services of 2 Level 1 Support Technicians, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meet the general qualifications of Support Technician, Technical Services, Help Desk and Operations and the specifications outlined in this document for the Office of the Attorney General of Texas., To assist in the manual labor and support associated with the computer/docking station refresh project. These staff would be performing the day-to-day work of imaging, replacing the computers and migrating the data. The process by which this is performed will be provided by the agency. These staff will be part of a team which include an agency subject matter expert, and a project manager to coordinate and lead the work.
